I love in a red part of a blue state. These fuckers are so stupid they voted to “sucede” from the rest of the state.
Guys, I’m not used to winning.
Are we supposed to hang big blue Talarico flags from our trucks to own the pubs?
I’m looking forward to the awkward conversations at thanksgiving.
Trump said that if he was elected, americans would start winning so much they would get sick of it, took 2 years but he finally delivered at least a little bit on that promise
Texas right there with you. Never thought I’d see it, but looks like it’s gonna happen.
Please please please don’t fuck this up
How that happens is we don’t let them fuck it up. Once the primaries were over, I urged everyone to vote for Democrats not because I love them, but because we desperately needed a check on the Republican corruption and incompetence. And that time is now. We need to contact our newly-elected representatives and demand big, bold action that actually improves people’s lives.
Anyone whines about how both sides are the same I’m going to ask them when the last time they contacted their representatives in Congress, or at the state level. Personally, I’ll call every day if I have to. Defeatists can say it won’t make any difference, but when we constantly call them out and demand meaningful action, we force them to listen. Public pressure works, and we can prove it…
Latest results I’m seeing from Texas are calling one senator and the governorship for Dems.
Attorney General, Lt Governor, and Railroad Commissioner look like they will also follow suit.
Attorney General
That’s a big deal, isn’t it? I seem to remember Texas’s Attorney General being a huge piece of shit who was causing major problems.
Funny enough the Attorney General was Ken Paxton who is a huge piece of shit that decided to run for Senate and lost spectacularly. His replacement Mayes Middleton doesn’t look like he’s going to win.
LG is bigger due to our stupid state lege. And a bigger upset I believe, since AG had no incumbent
Ohio checking in.
Feels good man.
I didn’t have a lot of hope. I live in Cherokee County, and the MAGAts are incredibly loud here. I have more hope right now than I have in about 10 years.
I’m blue daba di daba di
🎵 We have a blue House and a blue Senate 🎶
We have new gov’nors, and they are so blue
So are the old ones; but the other meaning of “blue”.

Top comment is “Here because of the midterms,” LOL!
I’ll truly feel that way when the dems haven’t squandered all this good vibe and fucked everything up again come 2028. Remember: that’s the party of Hakeem Jeffreys and Chuck Schumer.

Dang, look how low those bad boys are!
Remember: that’s the party of Hakeem Jeffreys and Chuck Schumer.
It better fucking not be, come January!
Fixing that needs to be next on our list between now and the end of the year. It’s time for everybody to call up these Ossoffs and Talericos and impress upon them that Schumer has got to go.

It’s gonna be a very rough climb to 2028 from here. focks nooz and the other propaganda outlets are going to railroad the Dems and blame everything on them in endless news cycles. And unfortunately 2/3 of the nation have a memory which lasts 2 weeks.
This is incredible.
Massive work ahead still. Massive damage to reverse that will take years, decades maybe… But for tonight, I’m happy.
Kansas just flipped blue!!
I can’t believe in letting this election give me so much hope.
Bless you all. Thank you for fighting the good fight!
Previously-purple Colorado says Welcome! 💙
I still have another house or so to wait. 😕
full grid lock in Georgia for the next 4 years since the GA House is solidly red and full of MAGA loonies.
First of all, we don’t know that yet.
Second, even if you’re right, I don’t care. Gridlock is still better than the full Republican control we had before.
Third, look at all these downballot statewide races! We even flipped the PSC!

Oh no, I am not complaining! Go blue wave. Loving the impact on the statewide races. I wish GA had fewer counties so that the massive number of rural representatives didn’t overwhelm the more populous urban areas.
