That would’ve required Congress to pass the Epstein Files Transparency Act while Biden was prez

No, you have it backwards. Biden directed the DOJ to keep it all secret. The transparency act would have compelled Biden’s DOJ to disclose. The act was only necessary because Biden was actively obstructing justice.

That would depend if you believe that his DOJ were withholding the release due to Maxwell’s court case and subsequent appeals. Those only ran out in October of 2025. I could easily see it being a convenient excuse but it’s plausible

Did or did not Biden believe Trump was a threat to democracy? Did he or did he not have access to the top political analysts reviewing Project 2025? Did he or did he not campaign on protecting “the soul of America” from fascism?

He had literally everything he needed to protect us from the child-murdering pedophile racist but figured “meh, we’ll let the vote decide it”

He could have legally shot trump in the face, because protection of the constitution from threats foreign and domestic is an official duty of the president.

Didn’t SCOTUS also decide that a president can’t break the law, even if you’re selling top secret documents (that smells like shit for some reason) to foreign powers?

Kinda, it has to be an official duty of the executive branch, but guess who gets to determine what an official duty is? The SC.

So Biden, at the end of his long life, with the full power of the state behind him, with the full awareness of what Trump meant to the future of America, did nothing because he was protecting himself from consequences? Is that what you’re saying?

No. The supreme court ruled that a president can’t be charged for official acts of the office, and defending the constitution is a core duty
