Yeah, I’m going to need you to do a better job as using ‘Capital’ letters when starting sentences and after a period or end break of a sentence. I have a brother who used to work for a company like that, and all his jobs afterward he hated because they were ‘boring’ and ‘not competitive’ and he ended up quitting them all because he wanted everything to be blood sport. Now he is depressed and unemployed and puts all his rage into being a volunteer football coach.
