another behind the bastards alum/ knowledge fight side-character bites the dust.

bullshit welcome aboard ds9. ✅ ❌

i saw that one. i will probably pick that up next.

i’ve been reading a great book on bird intelligence. there’s a whole chapter devoted to bird “speech” and language learning. it’s absolutely fascinating and the answer is yes, birds have accents and dialects. they learn their songs in a way very similar to how we learn language.

the book is the genius of birds by jennifer ackerman

as a dc comics fan, i have no problem with dark and moody. i just think the newer trek has a writing problem. there might be a few good episodes, but so much just feels like mediocre fan fiction. i think trek peaked with ds9 and with paramount’s new leadership i don’t think that’s likely to change.

yes! now that’s an adventure!

there are always bees in the banana stand.

“anything could happen with me”

sounds like a good argument for the 25th.

culture can have a profound effect on society.

i failed to consider snail h.r. policy

what good friends! the ant for considering the snail’s mobility restrictions, the snail for devoting two months of its life to get there.

yup. best job i ever had is toast now.

look very similar to the gi I have which is heavy cotton. they have to be strong for grappling cause they get tugged on a lot.

you load sixteen tons, whattaya get? another day older and deeper in debt st. peter don’cha call me, 'cause I can’t go i owe my soul to the company store

i heard him on the landback podcast and he seems to really care about justice for indigenous people.

a lot of shitty dems have turned coat and said they’ll support rogers. i suspect this is an attempt to get them back. I hate it, but that’s the best reason I can come up with.

wow! you did it. you did the thing. I just. wow.

first comic that I literally lol’ed at in a long time. thanks!
