Last night, the Justice Department bigfooted into the Alaska Senate race and demanded that a federal judge block certification of the election — but only if Democrat Mary Peltola wins.

I can’t remember what I did to cope with January 6th, but I remember my grandmother gaslighting me about it. Some people refuse to believe those in power can do anything so blatantly wrong and still be allowed to be in power again.
They’re not asking just to cancel the whole election. It’s worse.
They (the federal government) are asking for basically election loss insurance for the Republican candidate only. Only cancel the election if it arrives at the wrong result.
I don’t understand why Senator Sullivan can’t just file his own lawsuit. Why does he need free representation courtesy of the taxpayers?

These are the same Rapeublicans who in 2000 Florida said if the voters were confused by the butterfly ballots their votes should count anyways because they had no business voting in the first place.
I mean, they’re not wrong. But that’s no reason to cancel the election.
We weren’t too stupid to elect Murkowski as a write in candidate, so I’d say, yeah they are wrong.
