It takes less than 10 minutes to prep the night before, and serves to keep me energized and full until dinner.

Fair, but at the same time I can have a peanut butter sandwich and an apple for about a dollar (most of which is the apple). It takes less than 10 minutes to prep the night before, and serves to keep me energized and full until dinner.
