The U.S. Senate passed legislation Wednesday that would nullify U.S. tariffs on Canada, less than a week after Donald Trump said all trade talk with its northern neighbour are terminated.

  Forget the house, without 2/3rds vote, it can’t pass Trump. He can just veto it
