1. Building owner fees for city costs brought on by a publicly hostile tenant, designed to disincentivize renting space to ICE or at least push ICE’s financial externalities back onto them.
2. Restrictions on usage of mass video surveillance, sounds like restricting federal access to traffic cameras and [hopefully??] cracking down on snitch operations like Flock and Nest.
3. Requiring private security companies to comply with sanctuary city law (No cooperating with ICE kidnappings).

I’d recommend reaching out to your council members with encouragement on these initiatives if you want to see them happen, a few members of council can be shockingly conservative when it comes to proactive moves so these will probably need some constituent inertia.
