    Under the current framework, the US has agreed to apply a 15% tariff on EU goods, while the EU has committed to purchasing US energy and investing in the United States.

    So the US is harming the EU with tariffs, and the EU has in return committed to investing in the US. Seems like a solid deal. I can’t see any flaw here.

      It’s not quite committed. It will ‘see what it can do’. Only Trump thinks they committed. And people who only read headlines.
