I smoked for almost 30 years and then went like “ok i’m done now” and quite BOTH. Cold Turkey. No nicotine patches, no vapes, nothing. Gained 6kilograms though.
Quit smoking weed and cigarettes 4 months ago, still going strong. I like to think everyone stops posting to not tempt me. Thanks /c/trees
