Arch was my first distro after going back to Linux. I really liked learning the inner workings of a computer and an OS.
I know plenty of people who just want a plug&play experience with the only input for the install being name, password and date. For them, I would never recommend Arch, simply mint or pop_os would do just fine as the only thing the computer has to do is open up the browser.
I just want more Linux users, not specific distros. In the end if you know your way around Linux, the distro choice doesn’t matter, you just choose a package repo

I usually use the “add non-steam games” utility with the game’s executable and then modify the compatibility options of the added game.
There are still people training horses to bring them home when they pass out after battle (battle being going to the local bar to down as much beer as their liver can handle)

I finished elden ring without using rune objects. Not as a challenge, I genuinely thought I would need them for a future situation.
Of course no one believes the bullet won’t stop
I do the same everytime I take something like a stick
My favorite way to avoid saying game ending oneself is “going down the sewer slide”
Doesn’t seem like it, here is the fdroid link if there are any documented alternatives in the repos
I have been moving to epub for reading books, my app of choice is Librera. It has many customization options.
Would love to have an implementation of this in a virtual reality environment but for now, I prefer the actual look of PDF as a long strip of pages.

I don’t think coding in C is basic stuff, depending on the IDE, you can learn about using the terminal, compilers and if the course gets far, memory allocation, a really important tool in Linux programs.
Better played with a cookie in the middle
I run a samba server with nfo files scrapped straight from themoviedb.
I use kodi for viewing as it’s easy to install anywhere.
rtorrent for acquiring material.
