The majority of the plants we grow are fed to animals first which reduces the calories by over 8x. So if anyone wants to reduce their “plant murder” that’s a good place to start.

51·2 months agoOh yea not denying that they need servers. But do they really need to rent them from Google and Amazon instead of hosting their own? Seems like pretty poor use of donations.

10·2 months agoTheir top 6 earners all get more than half a million per year and all of their infrastructure is hosted on Amazon and Google servers so it’s not really “signal” that’s expensive.
Unless those shops sell flesh, Jesus’s words don’t really apply to that. He called the priests who practiced slaughter for money “violent robbers”
