My recommendation is not to only prompt the exact emotion that you want. I’ve had a lot of great luck by thinking of moments that might evoke those emotional states and put your characters in them. “Getting a new puppy” might create a more overjoyed state but will also generate a puppy. Just thinking like a director rather than a painter or a photographer gives me more interesting results. I hope that helps.

This was three separate V4 midjourney prompts with the middle being a variation of one or the other. I forgot which one came first. Lastly, Leo (the head) is their own three prompts composited into each frame using Photoshop. The animated panels on my website were done in Ae.

Ha I can see the resemblance too but Chet is the amalgamation of all “gritty 80s action hero” personified into one person. At best you could argue he’s offbrand generic Gibson.

Had to clear my browser catch to log in, Jerboa still shows as not logged in even after logging out which you do by clicking the hamburger menu then click the top banner to change/log out of accounts. This post is a test to see if my account works again via browser lol.

Edit: clearing app data/cache for Jerboa fixed the login issue.

I appreciate your efforts to keep things civil, even with the lacking tools to do so here on Lemmy. I hope y’all as mods take this conversation seriously because regardless of its history, at best it’s been co-opted by hateful people (IE the locked thread) and at its worse it’s a dog whistle for authoritarian/racist behavior. If you want civility, change the name. Only more of these 4chan rejects will come if you all do not.
