If it was invented today, not only would it be banned but people also wouldn’t be so willing to integrate it into their daily routine.

If alcohol was invented today it would be banned immediately.
Maybe go spam it on conservative Facebook groups or something. Everyone here already agrees with you. You are accomplishing nothing.

There are companies that do this legally for limmos. I don’t know how easy it is for “some guy with some tools” to do it legally.

Having them in lemmy without navigating out is such a slick experience. But the site makes RSS super easy too, so I think you’d be giving something significant up if either one went away.

(Most anticheat does work on Linux)

IIRC liquid death also has some very good policies.
And it was originally created because drinking water isn’t cool, and musicians in bands wanted something to drink that looked like energy drinks or alcohol while staying hydrated. They mentioned bands filling empty monster cans with water as an inspiration.
