7PM I work nights
I usually pinch the knife (from the dull side) with my thumb and finger right up against the pit, putting pressure on it just until it pops off. Very similar to your method
In the US. I get all federal holidays plus my birthday and a few extra holidays (like an extra day around new years, Thanksgiving and Christmas) plus I get 25 days of paid vacation but no sick days. In 3.5 years I’ll get the maximum of 30 days/year.
Our vacation time is tied to years of service.
1 year = one week 1-5 years = two weeks 5-10 years = three weeks 10-20 years= four weeks 20-25 years = five weeks 25+years = six weeks
Of course by “week” I mean 5 days of vacation.
I tell all the new guys “if your manager doesn’t want you want to lock something out, call me. I’ll lock it out. There’s nothing in this place worth getting hurt for.”
Here, our equipment is old enough that sometimes powering things down means they don’t come back up properly. I’d rather fight getting a machine back up and running vs having to hear about someone being injured.
Thanks for doing this, I’ll check the list again and see if there’s anything else that piques my interest

Yo, can I get This War of Mine? Because the world isn’t depressing enough, I need a game to make things worse!
My wife and I do this for various holidays. “You bought me this new board game, what did I get you?” Is a common utterance at our Christmas
I can’t have too much salt because I have Menieres disease. It’s a degenerative inner ear problem which means too much salt makes me dizzy, more salt makes my inner ear swell, that leads to feeling like there’s something in my ear and vertigo.
I’m one of the “lucky” ones. I can control it with diet (at least so far) but, other people can’t. That means they live in constant fear of a vertigo attack or even what they call “drop attacks” which makes you feel like you’re pinned to the ground. Often there’s no warning before they hit.
SPARTA!
Honestly, I’m a little surprised they’re not remaking this movie
My “office” window looks out onto the factory floor. Specifically, it looks directly at storage and a walking path passes directly in front of the window. So, since I’m next to a bathroom, I see people walking past and lots of forklift traffic.
It’s an inner ear problem called Menieres disease. There are dozens of us with it!
Idk what my super power is but my weakness is salt. Too much and I first lose my hearing followed by dizziness and vertigo.
Would a laptop with a touchscreen not work for you?
I made some Orange chicken, steamed broccoli and white rice.
All of it is low sodium (I have to eat low sodium for medical reasons) and the chicken was baked instead of fried to keep things from getting too unhealthy
Well, maybe we need to be the change we’d like to see in the community? Idk, I’m pretty lazy and busy so if I tried I’d probably give up after a few weeks
Pathfinder has communities here. It’s just a shame that they’re not more active
Warped tour in the 90s used to get some massive pits going. I really miss those days
