Also there may be some kind of survivor paradox here : the video you see of young adult woman may not be a realistic depiction of the crowd, there probably is people just chilling, but they’re less interesting to film, so there’s less video about them. What the kids wants could make the difference between 2 and 3 : do they want something strictly defined and stable (so more 3) or are they looking for something temporary and prone to change (so more 2) ? Their ability to provide the money can also make the decision for you, but since it’s not discuted i assume they can.

Now, between 1 and the others, your wife opinion may make the decision for you, and talking with the kids to setup boundaries to prevent the situation from getting out of hands can be of some help in case you tend towards 2 or 3. Another idea is to search for other options, even if they don’t use them yet, but that they could use in the case it’s not possible at your house anymore, as others suggested.

Okay, my mistake, i misinterpreted it. To be fair with BBC, they point out in the title and article that this is just some transcript of someone anonymous, and they try to tie each allegation with reports from other sources to back up their likeliness. I guess it’s the best you can do with someone anonymous ? Revealing the company, dates, or town might compromise the anonymity. I have this low-key uncomfortable feeling of “well, there’s nothing that proves it” with most anonymous reports i read or hear, even when it’s for events that are common otherwise.

There are also reports by companies and american judiciary system. Now, those are biased voices too, they lack clear proof of what happened, and they probably make it bigger than it is, but i find it unlikely that this is 100% bs and staging : if i had that much resources to pour into staging something, i think it would be more convincing.

Wikipedia requires you to be “notable” according to their definition. Here are some of the criterias that may be used depending on the category. Theoretically, only one is enough, but you also needs reliable and independent sources to prove it.

As others have said, making dumb records is probably the easiest ways. If you’re music people, starting an obscure/local variation of another genre could be a thing. Making a randomly specific movie can be another relatively easy way. Books can be a solution too, if you get a way to get people to talk about it.

• Having a major position in the university (like a named chair)
