That’s my experience except the stray cats get much more than belly rubs and I usually also get dirty looks or get arrested by my own species for some reason

Not really, at least for me it’s the same cycle of breaking into petting zoos that I’m banned from and getting kicked out/arrested or being told to stay away from people’s pet’s by angry and terrified owners
