Tariffs on Chinese goods are a good thing. And I honestly see why the next logical step is tariffs on Mexico because Chinese companies are already building in Mexico so they can assemble there and ship across the border and circumvent tarrifs.

I think China manipulates markets and damages the global economy while making consumers feel like they don’t need to value the products they buy because they are so cheap. And I don’t think we should be letting China off the hook for the Uyghur genocide/gluttony of human rights violations.

Buy local. I wish it was easier to buy American manufactured stuff.

I feel like hypothetically it is a worthwhile thing to share with your friends that you and your partner have decided you want children and that the time is now. It’s a big life decision, and when the time comes for myself and my partner, I will definitely want to talk with my close friends about it.

The conversation doesn’t have to be about raw dogging, instead it could be about planning for children. Many people plan for children in advance of getting pergenat.

My setup maybe is not as fancy as you are thinking, it’s a banger with a terp’ pearl heated with an e-nail, I honestly don’t know what a ball injection rig is.

Seems like if you left it in there long enough to put a carb cap on it there would be some scorching action (with flower rosin at least). On my rig even when I dab at 420F the flavor is completely destroyed after the first hit. I bet I could get it a few degrees lower using your technique? I have heard some people suggest that you can and should dab at 380F, which…

I just tried and so I guess maybe it does work. I’m gonna have to get back to you on this one. One (sometimes) advantage of higher temperatures is that more THC will break down into CBN thus providing a more sedative experience.

Would these methods work for flower rosin? I use an electric heater with a quartz bucket and a ruby ball and although it’s pretty nice it could taste better… Usually hitting around 445F/230C. Is there a way to adapt this method to my setup?

It isn’t just money that can solve your problem though, it takes effort too. No matter how much money you have at the very least you still have to use your mouth to speak to get what you want.

Bottle tech is a style of pressing the rosin where you fold in the corners of the bag and then pack it vertically, resulting in a column which you then press into a circular puck. It can increase yields - this is a good guide for how to fold the bag. Some people like to take this even further and use “chottle” tech, where the top and bottom are open - I haven’t tried that as I worry it would get more plant particulate in the product. “Pillow” tech is just packing the bag regularly.

I don’t press hash so I don’t know if bottle tech would be a good idea in that situation. Maybe not if you are wanting to double bag.

What sort of bags did you use to make the bubble hash?

Your earlier post indicates you pressed with a 25u bag. Bottle tech? Pillow? What temp? What was the yield on the press? Did you try dabbing any of the rosin pre decarb?

I think that they are referring to the somewhat adversarial attitude of the comments in this thread. I think that a religious person, especially a self identifying Christian, would feel a bit uncomfortable reading these comments.

Here are some reasons I can think of:

1. This would be an expensive project if it was large scale
2. This would likely be illegal and thus any large operation would carry high risk of problems with the law
3. A very small portion of the seeds would survive without proper care

https://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/26/14/4113 In this paper it seems to suggest that you would be fine decarbing up to 135°C (or 275°F) but at that temp you would only want to decarb for ~15 minutes (based on figure 8).

Based on figure 7, decarbing at 115°C (or 240°F) for 30 minutes would convert just around half of your THC-A to THC, so 60 minutes would convert around 75%. Most places recommend something around this level because it is easier to not mess up 30-60 minutes than to not mess up not more than 15 minutes, and you don’t need to convert ALL of it in order to get a functional product.

That is what the underside of the originally pictured plant looks like. It smells fine and the roots look generally ok to me so I’m not sure that’s the issue here.

I have grown some plants before and currently have a calendula and some basil plants that are doing just fine in the same tent.

If you really want to take bigger dabs, a rig may be worth considering. In my experience nectar collectors are extremely inefficient. It’s also hard to pack enough thermal mass in there to properly vaporize a large hit.
