I would suggest trying a new game without the food & water need. It really lets you focus on the plot. I also needed to look through a few YouTube videos at various points, because some things aren’t obvious or are easy to miss.

The bezels were already pretty large on the LCD deck.

Moving to Ireland. Better than the UK in almost every way.

I thought Fairphone would solve this for me, but the thing is too damn chonky.

• A general feeling of alienation from society. Particularly younger people.
• Dislike of ‘modern’ music.
• Nostalgia over the way things used to be as you have lived long enough to witness the enshittification.

Maybe they could have spent some of that money on Simplenote maintenance & development.

I’d love to do this, but I used LinkedIn to find my current job, & I’ll probably need it to find the next one (when the time comes).

I keep it up to date, like a kind of running CV, but otherwise I don’t interact with it.

I used to, because I had a buggy TP-Link modem/router, & adding a cap was the only way that port forwarding would magically start to work. I have no idea why. The bug never got fixed.
