The UK is such a pathetic nanny state. And that’s coming from someone under the rule of Mango Mussolini.

There’s a local council in my community that is gunning for an AI data center in my county. People are livid, but I don’t think it’s going to be enough to stop the construction. It’s shady as fuck with hidden shareholders that nobody will reveal.
I’m open to any and all suggestions on how to prevent this data center from being built. Peaceful ideas or otherwise.

The HBO series Silicon Valley was right. We need a new Internet.
Either that or keep meddling politicians from further fucking up the one we already have.

It’s ‘beyond’ the environment.

Some people best serve this world by leaving it. Burn in hell, Kirk.

I saw this photo in person last week at a museum in Dodge City, Kansas. Man will exploit any and all resources with little regard for the consequences.
The bison fur coat from the 1800s was neat though.

It’s a chat room. Who cares?

Let’s get some government legislators and C-suite executives out there in those parks! The beauty is to die for!

What a cunt.

I left Facebook after 18 years. It’s nothing like what I originally signed up for.
Facebook is nothing but boomers, bots and AI generated click bait. A cesspool of our own creation.
Burn. It. All.

Normal people don’t need a phone to pass the time.
With that being said, the amount of brain rot competing for our attention is staggering.
Silly Mormons up there in their high desert.
Maybe they should be focusing on their imminent water issues. You know, actual problems.
FAFO, baby!

Eh, no. It’s bad, sure, but we’re a long way from the state of the economy right before the Great Depression. Here’s an example:
Unemployment peaked around 25% in 1933. The worst of COVID was 14.8% in April 2020.
Housing. The cost of living. Underemployment. Unemployment. Gig work. It all sucks ass right now, but it sucked MUCH harder 100 years ago.
The answer today is the same as back then. Vote better.

I miss arena shooters.
This battle royale stuff just doesn’t turn my crank.

Meh. I had the original Starfox 64 VHS promo cassette that hyped the game and rumble pak. The game got bumped as my birthday gift request by GoldenEye 007, but I eventually bought the game in its chunky cardboard box; Rumble Pak and all.
I thoroughly enjoyed the N64 game and had more exposure to that one than the original SNES title, but I think I’ll wait for either PC emulation or I cave and buy a Switch 2. The former is more likely at the moment.
It looks nice, but it’s no “killer app.”
