    He had previous convictions for the rape of a 12-year-old girl, actual bodily harm and grievous bodily harm, committed when he was 15.

      Typically, minors aren’t punished as harshly as adults. It says he was 15 at the time, which I imagine was a factor.

        A 15 year old rapping a 12 year old is still a rapist. I understand minors get leniency, I just don’t agree with it.
