I’ve been self-employed for 3 years now and have been getting by with a shitty floor light. Now I finally decided that it was time to commit and invest those 45 euros on a proper one.
This is so much better than the one I had before. I can actually see what I’m doing here without needing to constantly adjust the light and move it to a better position. Why did I torture myself these 3 years with it. Same deal with the wall sander there. Should’ve bought it the first time I got a major drywall job. I never learn.

Finally buying the right equipment is always that bittersweet mixture of “this is so much better” and “why did I put myself through that”
I already know what the next one is going to be: vacuum attachment for my hammer drill. I just can’t justify the price as it costs almost as much as the drill itself. I bet I’ll make a similar post about that once I finally give in.
These days just but a 3d printer and make it a hobby to make stuff like that for basically free.
I’m talking about one of these things. Not that I disagree about the 3D printer, though.
It makes sense that the vacuum attachment is bottom.
Duct tape. Haha
