None of what has transpired should be surprising to anyone who is even remotely familiar with Garry or has been a part of the FP community before it closed.
The dude has a massive ego, never admits his faults or errors, and has a history of being actively malicious to his community out of spite if he feels he was wronged. He is and will always be an asshole.
I’m actually excited to hear that they’re trying to clean up the slop and adapting to criticisms. I’m still excited about the work they’re doing with that engine, and I do want to support it sooner or later.

Great step in the right direction. Like Garry admits, all of this should’ve happened day one. Everyone in the community has been begging him to just listen to us, but it’s better late than never. I hope S&box can still be salvaged and turn into a fun game.

Garry will do anything but listen to someone else. His ego is what made this game pretty much DOA. He wanted the next Roblox, when he should have gone for Garry’s Mod 2.

Everyone who has paid for the game will automatically get a bunch of exclusive steam inventory items (extra if you bought it at $20 vs $10) that I hope will justify the purchase price.
