A divided federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., upheld a trespassing charge and conviction Tuesday against Jan. 6 defendant Couy Griffin. The charge has been used against more than 1,400 rioters at the U.S. Capitol.

    Couy Boy Griffin is such a hoser. “Barred for Life”, how’s that feel? And yes, this should be applied ALL the J6ers, incl. the “mastermind” #45.

      It’s worded so they have to have sworn an oath/held office prior to the insurrection to be barred for life.

        Doesn’t trump fall under this tough? He swore to uphold the constitution in his oath of office at Inauguration day.

          Yes, absolutely. I was just saying you can’t bar every mouth breather that rioted because most never held office.
