lol. has anyone found ways to optimize starfield for their pc, like reducing stuttering, FPS drops, etc?

There is a lot of people and NPCs and they’re all doing something to make the city scape feel alive like walking around and talking Is it enough for a performance hit of this scope? I’m not sure
