Go to a post from said instance and then press the three dot menu and then press filter and then press lemmynsfw.
Alternatively, move to feddit.de or sopuli.xyz, they don’t federate with adult themed instances.
The three dot menu doesn’t have a filter button, but it does have a sport mode one, no idea what that is
The one on the same row as the upvote and downvote buttons
Sport mode just automatically refreshes the comments
