minus-squareneuracnu@lemmy.blahaj.zonelinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up28·2 years agoLooks like it was in an episode of The Leftovers, which is absolutely a fine show to have oneself a credit on. Damon Lindelof getting his groove back. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm5829622/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1

minus-squareCaptnNMorgan@reddthat.comlinkfedilinkarrow-up7·2 years agoNo, it was never cancelled. It had a beautiful ending that didn’t answer every question but it answered enough to be satisfying.
minus-squareclayh@lemmy.mllinkfedilinkarrow-up7arrow-down2·2 years agoIt’s the best tv show ever written, and it’s the opposite of what you decided it is. It had a decent ending then HBO asked him to do another season so he really wrapped it up.
minus-squaretheotherone@kbin.sociallinkfedilinkarrow-up6·2 years agoI miss having a show to look forward to watching and with the strike, I’ll be waiting for awhile. The Leftovers had me riveted for the entire time.
