While playing Dark Souls, I have been getting an itch to play Skyrim again. Time to try on Switch 2 now!
Kinda disappointing that this is not 60FPS. It’s better than Switch 1 version, but they could’ve made it even better!

Ah, so that’s who kept showing up when I was search for “cassette boy switch”. All the videos were old-ish, so no idea.

Carmageddon, Mio and Farming games! Not a bad list for me.

I am same with Switch games, don’t like to close one and start another, and that’s just with the digital games 😀
As someone who has only played the Switch version, the controls felt normal to me. For Prime Remaster that is, haven’t started Prime 4 yet, but it’s good that they have added the option to configure your controls. In this day and age no game should ship without contol rebinding options.

Sounds like a fun day!
My kid’s teacher also used Kahoot for something couple of years ago, they didn’t reuse it so maybe didn’t get a great feedback. It was lower primary though, so kids had different needs.

Yeah, custom skin doesn’t seem like a big issue.

No, you just needed to load the file and tap your mobile. It used mobile’s NFC.
Glad to know that its not some important feature that’s locked behind amiibo.

Oh, didn’t know it was 60FPS on Switch 1 too, just heard that it works good and thought it might be 30 on Switch 1. This is even better than I thought.

Yeah, I loved how the game expands the story BotW world, and showing different characters and what they went through. Would love to see what they do with TotK!
Have fun with Metroid Prime 4!

Congratulations on finishing Nine Sols and beating the final boss without lowering the difficulty!
I was a bit worried about how Metroid Prime 4 will work on Switch 1, but nice to see that they made it work. Looking forward to your review as the game progresses.

I recall there used to be an android app for that. That worked with any NFC enabled phone. I used that with Animal Crossing back in the day. Haven’t tried it since.

There are just Nintendo first party games. Octopath is published by Square Enix.

Not a huge fan of multiplayer games, but can be fun with friends.
As for people who don’t like live service games, Sony has mentioned multiple times that the budget for live service games is completely separate from single player games. The issue was that they previously put their good single player studios to making these games, as long as they get proper third party or specialised studios for these and leave their first party studios for first party, I am happy.

Oooh, looking forward to it.

Did you get the amiibo? There is some outrcry of some stuff locked behind amiibo? I haven’t checked the details though.

I was thinking about just pausing Fire Emblem, but don’t want to pause Dark Souls, don’t want to lose all the “gitting gud” I did by taking a few weeks’ break.

Good luck!

Anyone here bought it yet?
I was planning to get it day-1, but want to finish my current games before starting a new one, so may get it next month.

“It’s either a passion project you spent ten years on, or you need a bunch of money to be able to hire people and resources”
From the article.
Heh, is 500cc the maximum you can do?
