The amount of time you’ve spend bitching about this is ten fold what it would take to just click the link and find out.

ABC is a US news company…
Also, I’m not the OP.

I honestly did not know how old Danson was until you said that. I would have pegged him at mid 60s at the oldest, I would not have guessed he was pushing 80.

It’s going to be more than an Xbox, but not too crazy. Probably $800 is my guess.

The link has US right in it.

I can almost guarantee someone will end up 3d printing this themselves.

That would actually be sick, a spigot on the top of steam box that functions as an on/off switch.

Any word on pricing?

That is amazing
Also notable are the Dems completely dodging the question when asked. Senator Kelly for example pivoted to what he thought Dems needed to do going forward as far as fighting for the American people when ask if Schumer should be replaced, without explicitly saying he should. So it’s pretty clear that the sentiment is starting to be fairly widespread, but whether it really goes anywhere remains to be seen.

Why is it a fine line? Should we not have some standards for the people representing us? Just a base level of qualifications? Or is the job of government administrator really something that anyone at all is allowed to do? The consequences of these roles are some of the most widely impactful of nearly any other jobs in our society, and it’s frankly quite appalling to me that we just accept that a position of such consequence should be allowed to be occupied by whoever a single person decides. Why is the single criteria for these jobs simply whoever the president wants?

There needs to be some consequences for public officials making false or misleading statements. We would revoke a Drs or Lawyers license for malpractice, but apparently those who play with funding for critical government programs are allowed to just shit the bed each and every day?

So you just basically admit that no amount of argument against your point will change your mind. So thanks for letting me know I’m wasting my time here. Have a good one.

I’m not conflating the two notions. I have said that they are not completely accurate, but they are absolutely accurate enough. It is really very clear the experience of those who actually use AI, vs those who just regurgitate sensationalized headlines. If you think AI is literally “useless”, then you are not living in reality.

Did I say it was 100% accurate?

Do you have research to support your claim that AI in general upholds fascist ideologies (aside from those specifically tuned to do so, like Grok)? I don’t condone the current model of data center driven AI, but there is such a thing as self hosted LLMs. Some Linux distro even have them available out of the box.

Good to know where most of the people here on the fediverse lie with this topic, that they view people who use AI in any way as worthless humans.
Lmao, what a fucking drama queen.
